The Taking Nature Black conference is back, "bigger, 'badder,' and bolder than ever," over five days, primarily virtually. The theme is “Call and Response: Elevating our Stories, Naturally!” elevating African-Amerian stories Chautauqua-style with speakers, creators, innovators, scientists, educators, musicians, artists, and entertainers. Annapolis Oyster Fest – Local restaurants, oysters, and craft beer

This March 1-21 Downtown Annapolis Partnership participating restaurants will feature the Maryland Oyster, a Maryland seafood delicacy that goes perfectly with a craft beer. Local restaurants that will serve oysters and Eastern Shore Brewing beer specials for both dine-in and carry-out. 100 Dozen Oyster Giveaway Contest Take a picture with oysters, post it to Facebook or Instagram using #AnnapolisOysterFest for a chance to WIN a dozen oysters. GreenScape, to be held April 24, is a city and community partnership investment of beautification, clean-up, and planting in public spaces throughout the City of Annapolis. GreenScape was founded through the efforts of former Mayor Ellen Moyer and the Annapolis Recreation and Parks Advisory Board. Since 1991, hundreds of projects have been initiated and adopted by individuals, community groups and neighborhood associations.
