Skunk Cabbage Swamp Stomp

Join volunteer Siobhan Percey who studied skunk cabbage and learned a lot about this unusual wetland inhabitant. Walk off-trail to visit this fascinating plant, in bloom, along the swamp edges. Join a Jug Bay Naturalist for a free guided tour of the wetland boardwalk to discover the wonderful and unique plants and animals found here at the Sanctuary! Tour is approximately 45 minutes in length and $6 vehicle entrance fee to the park is required. There is no participant limit and no registration is required. Annapolis Benefit on Australia Day Raise Funds for Victims of Bushfires

Annapolis will celebrate Australia Day by attending a benefit event at Fadó Irish Pub in Annapolis. Proceeds of the benefit will go directly to support victims and wildlife affected by the Australian bushfires.
